Returns Window
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Package Your Items
Securely repackage the items in their original packaging where possible. Ensure items are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Send Your Return
Send the items back to us using a tracked delivery service. We will provide the return address when you contact us. Please retain your proof of postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days and applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Where possible, please provide photographs of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.
